translucent like water perfectly clear
we sit and ponder while the masses wander
watching these bitches get their hairs fuckin blonder
nothing to do now but to squander
for something with meaning
without seeing
that your musical talent
is lacking a palette
no stimulation and in need of salvation
from a nation that has no concern
if you rise to the top or plummet and burn
so we learn from mistakes that we make with haste
and we learn that our fate is what we make and take
sinking deep within
like worms diggin in
eating whats left
down to the last breath
left only death

just a word and nothing more
battle rhymes and battle cries
from the eyes of those trying to act wise
soldiers lose and boasters cruise
into liquid with nothing to lose
except for the bruise left on the heart
that tears apart
at an inner soul
that has lost control
of the vices
it seems the price is
we live with crisis
forced on us to eventually crush
our hopes and dreams
